Cannock riff-rockers Wolf Jaw supporting Crobot on UK Tour 🔥🎤🎸

Having kicked off 2019 with a brand new identity and the promise of a harder, more powerful sound, Cannock trio Wolf Jaw (formerly The Bad Flowers) have had an incredible start to the journey leading towards the as-yet-unnamed follow-up to their critically-acclaimed 2018 debut album ‘Starting Gun’.
 

Following the release of ‘I Lose My Mind’, Wolf Jaw were thrilled to announce their singing to Listenable Records, releasing a brand new single ‘Hear Me’ to mark the occasion.
 

“We’re really excited to be working with Listenable on the future of Wolf Jaw,” commented band vocalist Tom Leighton at the time of the signing announcement. “It’s going to give us the opportunity to grow and really build on what we have achieved as independent artists. They have a fantastic background of growing acts just like us into something much bigger, and that’s what we’re setting out to do!”

Perhaps best known for their recent achievements in breaking French metal quartet Gojira and Dutch metalcore act Textures, Listenable Records’ other signed rock acts include the likes of Aaron Buchanan & The Cult Classics, Black Spiders and Electric Mary.

Shortly after their signing announcement, Wolf Jaw took on the mighty Download Festival this year, performing across the weekend on three separate occasions. Starting with an intimate performance in the RIP campsite, the band took on a cool, laid-back acoustic set in the Carlsberg Danish Quarter before cranking up the volume for a raw, hangover-melting Sunday morning set on The Dogtooth Stage! 

‘Hear Me’ premiered on Download Festival’s website on Friday 7th June, exactly one week before this year’s event kicked off with main stage headline performances from Def Leppard, Slipknot and Tool.
