Lost Society have been causing quite a stir in the music scene because of the promotion by Nuclear Blast. ‘Lost Society‘ are a thrash/speed metal band from Finland who are still in there late teens and they offer up a blistering attack on the senses.

Lost Society have definitely got a bright future, they just need to tweak a few things.

This album is a maelstrom of speed-laced riffs, thunderous chaotic drumming and bleeding throat vocals, the 13 tracks pummel you for 30 minutes straight and never let up. The only downside to Lost Society is some of the juvenile lyrics, which sometimes resort to lame rhymes or teenager toilet humour.

Hopefully this will be resolved with maturity and they might explore the lengthier material (only 3 songs are longer than 3 minutes). Lost Society have definitely got a bright future, they just need to tweak a few things.
