THE DEAD DAISIES

*** Mega Hard Rock Band’s Phenomenal New Studio Album ‘Make Some Noise’ Unleashed Today, August 5th ***

The Dead Daisies’ excellent new album ‘Make Some Noise’, released today August 5th, on Spitfire Music / SPV, way more than lives up to the legendary ‘classic third LP syndrome’ epithet. Packed with killer tunes, (and defiantly no ‘filler’), ‘Make Some Noise’ grabs you by the musical throat from the moment the opening bars crash out of the speakers, never letting go until the very last notes fade away.

‘Make Some Noise’, which was superbly recorded and produced by Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe, Buckcherry) in Nashville in February and March 2016, contains ten originals plus two inspired new incarnations of The Who’s ‘Join Together’ and Creedence Clearwater Revival’s ‘Fortunate Son’.

Powerplay Magazine have already awarded ‘Make Some Noise’ 9/10 by David Thrower in the current August 2016 issue, who states that “Lead single and opening number ‘Long Way To Go’ struts with an AC/DC assuredness thanks to a stabbing riff from both guitarists, with Aldrich proving yet again why he is always in demand while Corabi’s voice sounds as powerful as ever… ‘We All Fall Down’, ‘Mainline’, ‘How Does It Feel, hell, virtually everything on offer, have the bounce and playfulness Tyler and and Co bring to the party. Producer Marti Frederiksen may have had a hand to some extent, having worked with Aerosmith since the 90s, but overall the resulting output was created by five incredible musicians at the top of their game…This is one hell of an album that takes the attitude displayed on both the eponymous debut and follow-up ‘Revolucion’ yet adds further meat, vibrancy and class.”

‘Make Some Noise’ has already elicited much praise online from the likes of Planetmosh.com, who state that “There’s no reason why both the older and younger generation wouldn’t appreciate the blistering rock ‘n’ roll vibe that The Dead Daisies have to offer in this latest album. While a supergroup has a lot to live up to, The Dead Daisies manage to do this with ease. There are a multitude of tracks on ‘Make Some Noise’ which have the potential to be instant classics from any die-hard rockers perspective. They simply manage to encompass all the right components that drive not only listeners, but the dedicated followers you expect to see locked on to the front barrier, and can’t get enough of real old-school Rock ‘n’ Roll. The Dead Daisies are a resounding celebration to what Rock ‘n’ Roll is all about, and their you’re a fan of classic Rock ‘n’ Roll, you’re in luck… The Dead Daisies are a force to be reckoned with.” (http://planetmosh.com/the-dead-daisies-make-some-noise
