ROB JARVIS AND THE MERCURY SONS return with new single and an incredible story behind its release

14th January 2019 0 By Jon Deaux

ROB JARVIS AND THE MERCURY SONS return to release new single ‘Four Walls’ along with a live session video of JARVIS performing the track live. In early 2017 ROB JARVIS AND THE MERCURY SONS released two tracks; the first ‘Just To Make You Happy’ and the second ‘End Of Our Days’, both being an overwhelming success. This saw him headline a run of sold out UK shows. Not only that, they had overwhelming support from the likes of Kerrang Radio’s Alex BakerOllie Winiberg from BBC Introducing in Essex/Radio 1 and CRACK magazine. This leads into the next chapter in an incredible musical journey.

JARVIS was picked up by America’s D Vincent Williams, a singer songwriting legend with ACM awards, hit records and basically the lot. This then lead this very single, ‘Four Walls’, to producer Greg Archilla, (Matchbox 20, Neil Young, Buckcherry, Collective Soul, Jonathon Jackson Enation) who then invited him to Nashville.

JARVIS hopped on a plane to Nashville and ended up writing with the likes of Daughtry (Brian Craddock), Aerosmith, Hollywood Vampires, The Buck Johnson Band (Buck Johnson), John Corabi band (D A Karkos) Creed and Virgos Merlo (Brett Hestla), Blue Miller (Bob Seger, Isaac Hayes) D. Vincent Himself (credits for rascal flats, Jason Aldean, James Otto and Jonathan Jackson of Enation.

All this was made possible because of the success of the first two singles, released back in 2017.

ROB JARVIS AND THE MERCURY SONS want to thank both the press and his UK fanbase immensely as their support gave him this opportunity; so, naturally he wanted to release the single ‘Four Walls’, the track that started his new journey to all his UK fans.
