Halestorm cancel European tour except UK shows
31st January 2022Halestorm have cancelled their upcoming ‘Evening With’ European tour, however their UK concerts are still scheduled to go ahead.
Lzzy Hale, Arejay Hale, Joe Hottinger and Josh Smith released a statement confirming their mainland European dates won’t be going ahead due to different Covid restrictions in the various countries.
The European dates were due to kick off in Frankfurt, Germany on 1st February and call in at The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Italy, Spain and France.
The good news for UK fans is Halestorm are still planning to come to these shores in late February and into early March.
Halestorm’s statement reads: “Important tour update for our fans in UK and Europe – we’ve got good news and we’ve got bad news.
“Let’s start with the Bad News. Due to the different restrictions in all of the countries we were planning on traveling to, it is logistically impossible to bring our Evening With Tour to mainland Europe this February. These shows have been cancelled. Check your inbox for refund information or get it at your point of purchase.
“The Good News is that we are still planning on coming to the UK. We hope all of our European Freaks understand that this was out of control and we are looking forward to announcing some exciting shows in the near future.”
Halestorm’s sold-out UK tour has been billed as “an intimate night full of deep tracks, fan favourites, and even some new songs.”
