Jimmy Eat World to sell a collection of gear on Reverb
13th November 2024Reverb, the largest online marketplace dedicated to music gear, today announced that Jimmy Eat World will be selling a collection of studio- and tour-used gear and signed memorabilia from throughout their career on Reverb. The chart-topping rockers, who are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their RIAA certified gold album Futures, will open the Official Jimmy Eat World Reverb Shop on November 20.
Shortly after grade school friends Jim Adkins and Zach Lind connected with Tom Linton and Rick Burch during their formative high school years, Jimmy Eat World began captivating audiences around the world. With #1 hits like “The Middle,” “Sweetness,” and “Pain,” as well as newer fan favorites such as “555” off of 2019’s Surviving and 2022’s standalone single “Something Loud,” Jimmy Eat World’s catchy choruses and guitar riffs have become instantly recognizable staples of the alt rock genre.
“Over the years we’ve accumulated a lot of musical equipment—stuff we’ve used for touring and recording across the world. Now, we’re willing to pass some of our beloved gear along to you,” said the band’s frontman, Jim Adkins.
Among the items that will be available in the Official Jimmy Eat World Reverb Shop on November 20 will be two Orange Thunderverb 200 Watt amps that the band used on 2002’s Pop Disaster Tour.
The Official Jimmy Eat World Reverb Shop will also feature:
