Italian progressive metal masters ATHENA XIX reveal another single from their upcoming album “Everflow Part 1: Frames Of Humanity,” which will be released later this week (December 6, 2024) via Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM). ‘The Calm Before the Storm’ deals with the conflict between individuality and society. ATHENA XIX portray this struggle with much compassion and perseverance.
