Black Aces Release New Single and Video ‘Too Much Rain’

2nd August 2019 0 By John Deaux

Imagine a life where every day you get up and drive your shit car to your shit job, completely indifferent to the fact that each dragging moment takes you a step closer to mercifully losing your mind.

Australia’s Black Aces proudly present their latest single ‘Too Much Rain’, a rollocking, foot-stomping tribute to the drudgery of working-class life.

Hailing from Bendigo in central Victoria, Black Aces are all too familiar with the daily monotony that goes in hand in hand with doing what needs to be done to get by on factory floors, job sites, highways and offices the world over.

Having all done their fair share on menial jobs, lead vocalist and bricklayer Tyler Kinder speaks from hard-won experience as he snarls “Every day that I walk through the door, I lose a piece of my mind”

Life ain’t easy for most folk, so it’s no wonder so many feel like they are living life under a cloud.

Never ones to rest on their laurels, ‘Too Much Rain’ follows hot on the heels of ‘Feverdreams’ and is the second release from Black Aces upcoming EP ‘Never Change’ that once again sees Bendigo’s finest team with producers Mark Opitz (AC/DC, INXS, Cold Chisel) and Colin Wynne (Bad//Dreems)

Black Aces hard-won live pedigree shines through on their latest tracks following relentless overseas touring in support of 2017’s Anywhere But Here, an album that Dee Snider labeled “My new turn to album” on Twitter, and generating rave reviews from music mags and blogs alike, including Classic Rock and Rock Hard.

The ‘Never Change’ EP will be available through Off Yer Rocka Recordings during October 2019.
