Brave Rival Release Their Fifth Single ‘Bad Choices’ Ahead of New Album Release
9th August 2024Brave Rival releases their fifth single, “Bad Choices,” a powerful rock anthem that marks the final preview before their album Fight Or Flight, is released on August 16th. This track, driven by a punchy southern rock riff, speaks to anyone who’s ever found themselves reflecting on any bad choices they’ve made. Featuring contributions from their loyal fanbase—affectionately known as the “Bravian army”—the song’s gang vocals add an extra layer of energy to the mix.
“Bad Choices is one of our favorite tracks on the new album,” shares vocalist Chloe. “It’s a fun ode to the bad choices we all make in life and was inspired from a previous marriage”
Vocalist Lindsey elaborates, “The song starts with this almost siren-like guitar and bass riff that the boys came up with in rehearsal one evening. Once the idea was there, the chorus came quickly, and we knew we wanted to get the audience involved which is where the gang vocals came into play.”
The band also invited their dedicated fans to be part of the album through a special Kickstarter campaign. “We had 15 strong Bravians join us in the studio to record their chants and vocals. It was a brilliant afternoon!” Recalls drummer – Donna
Bad Choices has just been added to the daytime playlist on Planet Rock Radio.
Brave Rival is gearing up for their “Fight Or Flight” tour which included their special album launch show at London’s Dingwalls on September 12th.
