CALL ME AMOUR – CALL ME AMOUR ALBUM REVIEW

CALL ME AMOUR – CALL ME AMOUR ALBUM REVIEW

6th February 2025 0 By Laura Jane

Call Me Amour is a band that has recently been fast gaining a following for their energetic and catchy sound and today I present to you a review of their upcoming release “Call Me Amour – Call Me Amour“. The EP is due to be released on the 7th of February 2025, released by Circular Wave Records. The EP showcases its pop-infused sound and tracks that are destined to become earworms getting stuck in your head for a good few days.

The EP is a great listen from start to finish with honestly no track letting it down. The EP has some notable collaborations with Scott Kennedy from Bleed From Within (On ‘BLOOM’) and Mikey Chapman from Mallory Knox (On ‘Good Day’).

Highlighted track out of the five would have to be ‘Good Day’ it just has that feel-good vibe that makes you want to get up and jump around. As soon as I heard this song I was smitten and added it straight to my playlist without any hesitation. I feel that the EP has a good blend of elements from pop punk, pop, and electronic music which give it a very unique sound and keeps the music engaging to listen to. I feel there is something within the music on this album for anyone ranging from deathcore lovers to pop punk enthusiasts.

Overall, the album is due for release tomorrow on the 7 February 2025.  The album was a great listen and combined so many different aspects it was like an audible orgasm on the ears, I would highly recommend this album for anyone who is a fan of bands such as Mallory Knox, The Word Alive, Pierce the Veil, and Rain City Drive.
