Félix Rabin Releases New Single & Video ‘Find Me’ from Upcoming EP

Félix Rabin, the acclaimed French singer/songwriter, and guitarist, is releasing his latest single, ‘Find Me’, from his EP set for release later this year.

‘Find Me’ is an atmospheric fusion of rock and pop, serving as the second single from his forthcoming EP.

This release represents a pivotal moment for Félix, who emphasizes that this EP stretched him as a songwriter. He spent considerable time meticulously crafting melodies, structures, meanings, and rhythms to express ideas and emotions in each track.

Reflecting on the song’s origins, Félix shares, “’Find Me’ is a song I wrote years ago. I remember debuting it during my second tour here, a few months after opening for Wishbone Ash in 2018. Though it didn’t make it onto the EP ‘Pogboy’ released the following year in 2020, I kept playing it across Europe over the years, and the track evolved with me. It’s a song I feel I’ve been crafting and breathing life into during my travels between Scotland and England, playing shows. It’s about the connections we make with one another, past and future. This song is a call to be found and to find yourself.”

The single is complemented by a captivating music video filmed in California. Felix had long promised his good friend, Gabriel Grosclaude, that they would one day create a music video together, and this recent trip provided the perfect opportunity.

Reflecting on the experience, Felix shares, “From Los Angeles to San Francisco, we roamed, seeking solitude and sunsets, encountering strangers along the way. We aimed to encapsulate the essence of this track in a four-minute video. Trips and adventures have been the most enlightening moments in my life, offering opportunities for introspection and growth. It’s a time to think, step back, and mature. We strived to capture that feeling of being lost, far from home, unsure of one’s purpose, yearning to be found deep down. I sincerely hope this video ignites that very emotion in your heart.”

‘Find Me’ follows on from his first single ‘As She Comes’ which won praise from the UK press. Listen with Monger said, “Driving guitars, uplifting melodies and horizon spanning vibes are tethered by Rabin’s gravelly vocals that make this the perfect pop-rock sound” Rush on Rock made the single their Red Hot Track’ of the week, and Planet Mosh awarded it 5 stars.
