This collaboration breathes fresh life into Jimi Hendrix’s iconic track, with 13-year-old prodigy drummer Henry Chauhan from the UK showcasing his extraordinary talent. Preorders will begin on February 14th via Apple Music.

Palangi and Chauhan connected during the COVID pandemic for a live playthrough on YouTube, which sparked the idea to collaborate on this studio version. Their take on ‘Purple Haze’ blends Palangi’s hard rock edge with Chauhan’s youthful energy, creating something that honors the original while adding explosive new sections for modern hard rock fans.

Frank Palangi has spent over a decade building his career as an indie rock artist, recording with top producers, opening for national acts, and creating music that’s both personal and powerful.
