IRON MAIDEN – Robinsons Pubs To Have Trooper Beer On Draught

7th May 2013 0 By Matt Farrington

Iron Maiden recently joined forces with the Cheshire family brewers Robinsons to create a new beer, Trooper due for release on May 9th.

To celebrate the release of Trooper, select Robinsons pubs will have Trooper on draught from this week. Check out Iron Maiden Beer for more info on as to where you can enjoy a pint of Britain's finest.

Real ale fan and history aficionado Bruce Dickinson, played a major role in developing the unique flavour of the beer, entailing ongoing visits to Robinson’s brewery located in Stockport. Eddie, the on-stage Union Jack waving mascot is iconic to the band's live concerts and 'The Trooper', written by Steve Harris, is one of Maiden's most popular releases and blasted on jukeboxes throughout the land.

Robinsons report that the process is about to begin! "Hope you all had a good Easter Break… only a week or so to go now until we start brewing Trooper Beer!"
