Metal 2The Masses Burnley – Semi-Finals To Be Announced!
28th April 2025What is Metal 2 The Masses?
Simply put… It is organized by Bloodstock Festival, it offers bands the chance to perform on the New Blood Stage at the festival, which is one of the UK’s premier heavy metal events. The competition spans multiple regions across the UK, Europe, and even Scandinavia, with local heats and finals held at local venues. The winners earn a coveted slot at Bloodstock, gaining exposure to thousands of fans and industry professionals.
The semi-finals of the Burnley Metal To The Masses are just around the corner the line-up’s are soon to be announced of which bands will go head to head to compete for their place in the grand finale (Saturday 12th July 2025). In the grand finale there will be guest appearance from Absolence to close Burnley Metal To The Masses.
Bands that have currently progressed on to the semi-finals are:
Shadow Company, Ace Of Kings, Only The Righteous, Skye, Ruinous Reign, Pan Am Smile, Surya, and FMA + 12 Gauge. Brought back to stay in the competition through wild cards are Thrashatoullie and Th3orist.
The event is hosted at Sanctuary Rock Bar, 73 Cow Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 1NN.
Entry to the event is £3 with bands starting at 8 pm and approximately ending at 00:30 am, followed by a continuation throughout the evening for drinks and celebrations!
