Næstved Metalfest 2024 – The final program and schedule ready

The last seven names are now completing the line-up for Næstved Metalfest 2024. The schedule and program now ready for Thursday the 29th, Friday the 30th, and Saturday the 31st of August.
 
All the way from Japan, arrives ETHEREAL SIN to perform at Næstved Metalfest with their melodic death metal and from our neighbors in Sweden we get a visit from the well-established progressive metal band LOCH VOSTOK.
 
From the national latitudes, we welcome the legendary death metal band MACERATION, the folk metal newcomers from IDASLET and a welcome back to Denmark’s best bid for progressive, thrashy hard-hitting metal, MANTICORA; author and lecturer Dr. Rock – STEFFEN JUNGERSEN – who after last year’s success has been invited back to 4700 and as the icing on the cake, the local, album-current melo-death band WITHERING SURFACE, who, this year, celebrates their 30th anniversary. They had their first rehearsal in a youth club in Næstved in the summer of 1994.

This year’s three stages are named in the military spirit, as Næstved Metalfest 2024 will once again take place at the old military barracks in Næstved, Grønnegade Kaserne. The Open Air Stage is named “Slagmarken” (Battlefield), the large indoor stage in Gl. Riding house “Bastionen” and the smaller indoor stage Musikstalden “Skyttegraven.” – which, this year, will be transformed into a large Biergarten with cool DJs and a metal bar, where those who are looking for the right metal atmosphere will get it.

There are one-day tickets for DKK 599 (Thursday DKK 499), 3-day tickets for DKK 999, and various package solutions with t-shirts and drinks.
A total of 32 bands can be found on the Næstved Metalfest 2024 poster spread over three days.
In addition to that, Næstved Metalfest offers Rock bars, Food stalls, special beer stands, DJ stand, Art area, Metal bingo, Biergarten, and much more.
Transportation! There is an express train between Næstved and Copenhagen Central Station, so it only takes 40 minutes.
