SOPHIE LLOYD ANNOUNCES UPGRADED VENUE FOR FIRST LONDON HEADLINER

British Guitar Sensation SOPHIE LLOYD has announced a UK Headline show for October. Originally set to take place at London’s Camden Assembly on 17th October, the show sold out within five minutes of going on sale and has now been upgraded to The Underworld. The exclusive show will be fans’ first chance to see SOPHIE performing songs from her Imposter Syndrome debut album.

“I can’t believe I’m finally announcing my first official live headline show, it seems like such a long time coming,” declares SOPHIE. “It’s funny because my anxiety and hesitancy to play live was what really inspired the creation of this album, the title track in particular. We put so much work and love into Imposter Syndrome and we’re so excited to finally take the next step in our musical journey and bring that to the stage so people can experience it in person with a full live band. It was so incredible to see the response to the album and sometimes I still have to pinch myself as I can’t believe we actually managed to pull it off!”

Released in November last year, Sophie’s first full-length album Imposter Syndrome sees the guitar virtuoso teaming up with some of rock’s biggest names and her own personal heroes to create a stunning collection of work spanning a variety of genres from the rock and metal world. Released totally independently via her own Autumn Records, the album debuted at number 3 in the rock charts and 11 on the Indie charts, receiving rave reviews in the press, and earning a nomination in the BEST BREAKTHROUGH ALBUM in the 2024 HEAVY MUSIC AWARDS.
