THOSE DAMN CROWS announce UK headline tour for Feb 2023

Hot on the heels of their latest single “Wake Up (Sleepwalker)”, Welsh rock stalwarts THOSE DAMN CROWS are thrilled to announce a string of headline shows to champion the release of their forthcoming new album, ‘Inhale/Exhale’, which is set for release on February 17th, 2023 via Earache Records. The tour kicks off with an album release day party at the Key Club in Leeds. Special guests are yet to be announced.

Frontman Shane Greenhall exclaims, “We are all so stoked to bring our Crow headline show all across the UK, we cannot wait to perform for you all and to play brand new songs… live and loud, from our latest album Inhale/Exhale. DO NOT MISS THIS!!!”

The group conclude their UK run with Canadian rock beasts Monster Truck tonight in Nottingham.

Frontman Shane Greenhall explains, “It’s meant to be upfront and personal. It’s supposed to make you sit up and think about how we are all living in today’s society, where the rich are getting richer, and where tech giants are moulding us into whatever and however THEY see fit via technology and social media. Get your heads out of your phones. Look up, WAKE UP!”

“When coming up with ideas on how to tell the story of ‘Wake Up’, I remembered the scene in ‘The Matrix’ where Neo and Morpheus were in between worlds and talking in the white rooms, similar to the scene in ‘Willy Wonka’ where they zap the little boy into the TV. In the video we are in between the two worlds, “The Real World” and “The Tech World”. We hack the system as our message is transmitted to interrupt the algorithms that cleverly influence us while being led by the corporate and tech giants, fuelled by greed and false news, via the portals that they use on us – our smartphones, TVs, tablets, billboards – anything with a screen.
