“We’ve been a band for some time and have been in bands since we were teenagers and we’ve seen our fair share of bands come and go. The theme of this song is about learning to stay true to yourself, all the while thinking how long someone can keep going before it’s no longer worthwhile.”

The tracklisting for “Fears & Fractures” is:

  1. House Of Glass
  2. Oblivion
  3. Fears & Fractures
  4. Shame
  5. Built On Sin

Wolves Don’t Sleep are a six-piece Metalcore outfit hailing from Nottingham, U.K. They’re nostalgic blend of early 2000’s Metalcore brings in influences from the likes of I Killed The Prom Queen, Killswitch Engage & Bullet For My Valentine.

The band have graced the stages of some iconic UK festivals and venues Including MacMillan Fest and Mangata Fest and has shared the stage with the likes of Ingested, Our Hollow Our Home, & BloodyWood. In 2020 they released their debut EP entitled “Clarity”, a maelstrom of blistering vocal tracks, earth-shattering drums, and face-crunching guitar riffs. So enthusiastic was the response to the band, that they managed to secure glowing media attention from the likes of Kerrang!.

2024 sees the band releasing their third EP entitled “Fears & Fractures”, bringing light to a new era of Wolves Don’t Sleep and sending a message to all who struggle to voice their feelings within a closed-off world.

When speaking about the EP, the band stated:

“At its heart, “Fears & Fractures” is a rebirth. A reflection on the past few years, as people and as a band. Personal self-reflection, which normally takes on a negative aspect looking back at what could have been done better, is the kind of thought that keeps you awake at night. Regardless of all the self-doubt, you have to keep promising yourself to do better and not be held back through heartbreak and what feels like the world falling apart around you. You always have to get up and try again. It’s not over until you reach the endpoint you set, and it will be everything you hoped it would be.”

They are the wolves knocking at your door.
