HARD ROCK HELL SPRING BREAK ANNOUNCES FIRST 50 BANDS AS IT HITS 88% SOLD AND IS ON TRACK TO SELL OUT NEXT WEEK

28th February 2020 0 By Jon Deaux

As you have previously seen, Hard Rock Hell have recently announced Hard Rock Hell Spring Break, which will boast 3 arenas over 4 days and 60 bands playing over multiple genres including AOR, Glam, Sleaze, NWOCR, Metal, Stoner, Pirate, NWOCM and the return of a full-on NWOBHM pre-party.

As HRH are only doing one event in March 2021 @ Camp HRH Great Yarmouth and even though they are adding more fleet, Hard Rock Hell Spring Break I is currently being smashed apart – and is now 88% sold with it strongly looking like selling out Tuesday / Wednesday next week. This is phenomenal news and with that in mind, there is no point in holding back the lineup until mid-March when it could be gone in days.

So here it is, a wall-shaking, ground-blistering, high decibel cycle of pure HRH Rock n Metal at its best…this is Hard Rock Hell Spring Break, get ready for mayhem…

Kingdom Come made a huge splash on the rock scene back in 1988 with their debut single “Get It On” which reached number 4 in the US rock charts, at the time drawing comparisons with Led Zeppelin.  The band have been active pretty much ever since, and now sport a new line-up including frontman Keith St John – a huge name in the classic rock scene having fronted both Montrose and Burning Rain (with Doug Aldrich).  A perfect way to make your Hard Rock Hell debut!

Finland’s finest, Reckless Love smashed it out of the ballpark at HRH Sleaze III – so we had no choice but to get them back for the very first Hard Rock Hell Spring Break!  4 albums into an incendiary career, the Fins are second to none as a live band, and breach the divides between genres such as glam, metal and classic rock.  Singles such as “Beautiful Bomb”, “Hot” and “So Happy I Could Die” are staples on rock stations around the world as well as being firm fan favourites.

The rising force of metal Evil Scarecrow are well overdue a full festival headline set – and that’s exactly what’s going to happen at Hard Rock Hell Spring Break!  Describing themselves as the finest heavy metal band ever to write a song about a robot, the lads from Nottingham are possibly the most entertaining live metal band on the planet, as anyone present at HRH Metal this year will testify.  Expect to hear and see “Crabulon” and “Robototron” as you’ve never quite seen them before!

As if those aren’t enough to make the debut Hard Rock Hell Spring Break one of the most talked-about residential festivals on the planet – we’ve got some of the most exciting bands leading the line on the NWOCM, Stoner, Sleaze, AOR, NWOCR and Classic Rock stages.

Rocky Shades’ Wrathchild bring the pedigree to the Sleaze and AOR lineup and are joined by Crashdiet, Burning Rain, Cats in Space, Vega, Trishula, Degreed, Wildstreet, Janet Gardner (of Vixen fame), Scarlet Rebels, A’priori, New Generation Superstars, Wild Thorn, Spyder Byte, and Sweet Teaze.

The Hard Rock Hell Metal stage is teeming with incredible bands that complement Evil Scarecrow including Dream Evil (featuring legendary metal producer Fredrik Nordstrom), Acid Reign, Death Dealer (featuring Ross the Boss ex-Manowar and Sean Peck of The Three Tremors), Kill Devil Hill, Striker, Diamond Black (featuring Ben Christo of Sisters of Mercy) and Hollow Crown.

The Hard Rock Hell Spring Break Stoner contingent stars the incredible British 3-piece Gorilla, plus Drudge, Dunes, Pink Cigs and Widows.  Hard Rock Hell Pirates is spearheaded by the legendary Red Rum – get your rowing practice in now – who are joined by Iron Seawolf, Switzerland’s Calarook and Grimgotts.

NWOCM is represented by HRH favourites Witch Tripper, Dendera (featuring Power Quest’s Ashley Edison), Netherhall and Reaper, while the NWOCR lineup stars Dead Reynolds, Bang Bang Firecracker, Last Alibi, The Unresolved, Shackled and Verity White.

Hard Rock Hell Classic Rock sees Devilfire aided and abetted by Walkway, A New Tomorrow and Blind Haze.

Add to all of this a pre-party on the Wednesday, with the stunning lineup of Vardis, Tygers of Pan Tang and Tank – and Hard Rock Hell HQ genuinely think they have put together possibly the best and most varied Hard Rock Hell residential festival ever seen!

With less than 60 vans left on-site and virtually no weekend passes as they have more fleet taking up the capacity, you really want to be online @ www.hrhspringbreak.com or call Holly on 0207 193 1845, Charlotte on 0207 193 1865 or live chat on the website, whatever, get involved for the biggest Hard Rock Hell weekend ever!

Rock n don’t forget your studded speedos…
