KLONE RELEASE NEW LIVE VIDEO FOR “NIGHT AND DAY”

6th July 2023 0 By Jon Deaux

After releasing their latest album ‘Meanwhile’ in February on Kscope, Klone embarked on a fantastic UK / EU tour with Devin Townsend. Following a successful campaign, conquering territories all over Europe, the band returned to their native France for their headline show at ‘L’Empreinte’ in Savigny.

Now the band unveil a moment that was captured during their magnetic performance on April 15th  in the form of the live video for ‘Night And Day’. The video was mixed and mastered by Romain Bernat and directed by Lodex Charrieau and effortlessly reflects the duality in Klone’s sound in a beautiful visual representation.

“We are pleased to present the live version of “Night And Day” from our latest album “Meanwhile”.

This live version was recorded on our return from a European tour with Devin Townsend not far from Paris, in a venue close to our hearts: “l’empreinte” in Savigny Le temple. It’s my favorite track on the album and gives off a strong vibe. I remember finding the riff for the chorus when I was on tour with Leprous, in a post-Soviet venue in Romania. There was a sort of end-of-the-world feel to it that I thought would be perfect for a song.”

Meanwhile is available on CD / LP / limited edition silver colored vinyl LP / limited edition clear vinyl LP / digitally and is available to order HERE (https://Klone.lnk.to/Meanwhile)

French art-rockers Klone have risen to new heights across the globe, touring alongside the likes of Leprous and Pain of Salvation, and blowing away festival crowds at Hellfest, Motocultor, Prog Power USA, Midsummer Prog, and Cruise to the Edge.

Recorded in February 2022 with producer Chris Edrich (TesseracT, Leprous, The Ocean Collective), Meanwhile chronicles the best and worst aspects of humanity. Vocalist Yann Ligner’s high-concept and oftentimes meta lyrics paint a picture of events taking place at the same time but in different places, while he muses about choices that are made against our will that can change the course of our common history – resulting in some poignant reflections about today’s world.

Klone are:

Yann Ligner : Vocals

Guillaume Bernard : Guitar

Aldrick Guadagnino : Guitar

Morgan Berthet: Drums

Enzo Alfano: Bass
