LITTLE TRIGGERS STRIKING BRIT ROCK CREW RETURN WITH EXPLOSIVE NEW SINGLE!

30th November 2022 0 By Jon Deaux

LITTLE TRIGGERS are back with even more vigor and bite. The acclaimed rock ‘n ’rollers have released a blistering new

single and video, Personality Crisis, via Colorama Records.

UK rockers, LITTLE TRIGGERS, are a formidable live force featuring Tom Hamilton on lead vocals and guitar, and ever since their inception, the band has consistently picked up widespread radio airplay from Planet Rock, Total Rock, Primordial Radio, Hard Rock Hell, and BBC Introducing.  LITTLE TRIGGERS have also been featured in Classic Rock Magazine and have racked up two awards for Tracks of the Week, as well as for Track of the Year.

In 2019, the garage rockers released their debut album, with the first single, So Fine, securing five weeks of consecutive airplay on Planet Rock Radio. The record also received rampant praise from Classic Rock Magazine. A UK tour was squeezed in at the start of 2020 before a handful of shows were canceled due to the global pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

Since 2020, LITTLE TRIGGERS have dropped five further singles and have managed to tour throughout the whole of the UK. The band, originally a five-piece, then a four-piece, and more recently a duo, has become a flexible vehicle for Tom Hamilton to perform his own songs and achieve the sound that he wishes to produce. LITTLE TRIGGERS were invited to take part in the televised finals of Sumerian Records’ No Cover Show with Alice Cooper as head judge in 2021. The finals were shot at The Troubadour Club in West Hollywood over two weeks last Spring, but the band was unable to attend due to Covid travel restrictions. However, LITTLE TRIGGERS have since been lined up for Season Two of the popular show.

The band is now braced to deliver their brand-new single, Personality Crisis, which is released via Andy Crofts’ (The Moons/Paul Weller) indie label, Colorama Records. The track takes a swipe at social media influencers and the millions of young people who follow them. Tom remarks: “I don’t feel any connection to this sort of instant gratification online culture. The minds of these digital influencers are a closed book to me. I just don’t get why so many people think they have something meaningful to say.” Hamilton goes on to elaborate: “The personality crisis of the song title is both my alienation from this virtual world and also that of the individuals who think their online musings really matter. To them and their followers, I say get a life – a real life!”

Plans are now afoot for a brand-new EP, along with US dates in the Spring, and an appearance at the SXSW festival. LITTLE TRIGGERS’ time is now.
