Praise for debut E.P ‘DAO’
“The London trio lovingly tap the distortion-loving rockers of the 90’s to come out with five pretty damn compelling tracks” – Kerrang!
“LTNT are firing on all cylinders… They should be huge!” 9/10 – Big Cheese
“Wayward music path between grunge, alt. Rock and blues” – Metal Hammer
“Sugary choruses and catchy rhythms” – Terrorizer
LTNT released their new single “No Aquarious” on 21st June 2016, via Maybe Records (Karma To Burn, Toadies, Leogun).
The single is taken from the band’s debut album “RANKS”, which was released earlier this year.
LTNT are set to play a run of UK dates supporting The Hyena Kill.
‘RANK’ is full of raw energy, punk rock attitude and ethereal melodies. From the chaotic crunching guitars of lead single ‘Boss Lady’ to the pulsating riffs of ‘Oh Drag’, the heartfelt emotion of ‘ In The Back of Your Mind’ to the Bond-theme qualities of ‘Hold In Your Heart’. The album takes influence from both ends of the rock spectrum and tilts its hat to both heavy and melodic structures.
The album was produced by vocalist Liam Lever and Sean Genockey (Jamie Lenman) at Rockfield Studios in February 2015.
‘RANK’ will also come in the format of a magazine with vocalist Liam Lever saying “Making an album of just music is quite claustrophobic for us. There’s a lot of other things we want to get out there. We thought a magazine covered most bases so we set one up. There’ll be one every time we have any kind of musical release.”
The band’s debut EP, ‘DAO’, was praised by fans and industry alike. Following the buzz surrounding the record, LTNT were invited to tour with Brant Bjork, Chevelle and Seether. The attention also secured the band a spot at Reading and Leeds Festival two years in a row where the BBC named their set ‘the best of Festival Republic stage.’ LTNT have also played Handmade Festival, The Great Escape and Camden Rocks, Download Festival and Y-Not Festival alongside Snoop Dog, Primal Scream and Johnny Marr.
Last year saw the departure of long standing drummer Neil.
LTNT are Liam Lever (vocals, guitars), Ben Clarke (bass)
