The band said of the new single, āāLight The Fuseā is a straight-up belter of a rock song with huge catchy choruses, that has already earned it a place in the new live set. Itās about going beyond that limit, the little guy in all of us, who you donāt want to push over the edge. Weāve all had to bite our lips and suck it up at some point, and weāve probably all said āEnough is enough! Iāve had enough of being pushed around and the sparks will fly!ā.
This is the first album to feature Russ Grimmett fronting the band. He has been welcomed with open arms by fans on the live circuit ā the band has a freshness and drive that will see them lifted to the next level. Sons of Liberty are Russ Grimmett, Fred Hale and Andy Muse (Guitars), Mark Thomas (Bass), and Steve Byrne (Drums). Their first album āAnimismā dropped in 2020, and the follow-up āAces & Eightsā landed the following year. The band has already performed with acts like Preacher Stone, FM, Grand Slam and Molly Hatchet, Sons Of Liberty can hold their own on any stage.
Ā
Emerging Rock Bands said of the album, āFrom a raucous opening right the way through to an overly satisfying ending, Sons of Liberty is back with a belter made up of eleven tracks of pure rock delight… It is an album to make you feel invincibleā. Sons of LibertyĀ themselves describe āThe Detail Is In The Devilā as āforever musicā, and itās hard to disagree.
