Teenage Trio Ashes Of Billy Go ‘Down The Hill’ With Their New Single

Introducing the teenage trio who are making waves in their home country of Denmark. ASHES OF BILLY (ages14,15,16) may be young, but they deliver a sound well beyond their years with a blend of rock tinged with nostalgic hints of the Seattle 90’s grunge scene.

Since forming in 2022, the young trio has self-released two EP’s – ‘Playdate’ in 2022 and ‘The Right Place’ in 2023, with their single ‘Shamed’ in rotation on national radio in Denmark as well as being featured as Classic Rock Magazine’s ‘Tracks of The Week’.

“This song is about growing up and leaving your safe-space without knowing where to go next.A feeling that we recently felt for ourselves as we graduated from Junior high school. This inspired the topic of the song; whilst it might feel like things are going ‘Down the Hill’ saying goodbye to all your friends and moving on “but things will get better, much better”, as the optimistic lyrics state.”

For their forthcoming record, the band worked with renowned producer Tue Madsen (BABYMETAL,Behemoth, Meshuggah), who has produced, mixed and mastered the record.
