Formed in 2019 and hailing frrom Blackwood, Wales, REVOLUTION RABBIT DELUXE, set loose massively appealing post punk that takes from Billy Bragg, Pixies, and Smashing Pumpkins through to Manic Street Preachers. The talented quartet have constructed a sound that infuses sing-along refrains, striking vibes, and gritty punk attitude.
Featuring mysterious frontman Rev Rabb (guitar and lead vocals), Tim Lawley (bass), Max Perera (lead guitars and backing vocals), and Lee Titterrell (drums), the deeply absorbing four-piece have crafted five albums to date. The band have extensively toured throughout the UK, and the edgy post-punkers cemented their reputation further with their recent single, Tim Gurner Says, which solidified their growing status snaring widespread acclaim and extensive radio support.
Starting 2025 off with a bang, the Welsh alt crew have inked a deal with indie imprint, Bad Monkey Records, and have also primed themselves for the release of their explosive new single, Parabellum, which is a hooky gem. Rev Rabb comments about the track: “After the recent heated and divisive elections in Britain and the US, I wrote this plea for peace and reconciliation. A nation divided cannot stand, and the only ones to gain are the interfering billionaires, while we continue to bear the brunt of anger and division.” Loaded with a new single and with the promise of their sixth album on the way, REVOLUTION RABBIT DELUXE’s voice is only growing louder and stronger.
